1. Our Services
Emet Drip Co provides mobile IV therapy, vitamin shots, and wellness infusions in the Greater Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley area. All services are administered by a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse under physician supervision.Our services are wellness and supportive care only. We do not diagnose or treat any medical condition. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to book. By completing your health intake and booking an appointment, you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate and complete. Withholding relevant health information may affect your safety and limits our liability.Pregnant or breastfeeding clients must have OB or midwife clearance before receiving services. NAD+ therapy is not available to pregnant or breastfeeding clients.
3. Bookings & Cancellations
Appointments can be booked online or by texting 818-683-2511. Payment is collected at the time of booking.Cancellations made at least 4 hours before your appointment are fully refunded. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before your appointment, or no-shows, are subject to a $75 fee to cover pre-prepared supplies and reserved provider time.Emet Drip Co may cancel or reschedule appointments due to provider availability or safety reasons. No fee is charged in these cases.
4. Provider Discretion
Our providers have the right to modify or decline any service based on their clinical judgment, including on arrival. This may happen if your vitals, health history, or disclosed medications indicate a service is not appropriate for you. A partial or full refund may be issued depending on the circumstances.
5. Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards where eligible. Mobile IV therapy is generally not covered by health insurance. All prices are as listed on our website at the time of booking and are subject to change.Memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment before becoming month-to-month. Cancellation requires 30 days' written notice after the minimum period.
6. Risks & Informed Consent
IV therapy carries risks including bruising at the IV site, vein irritation, allergic reaction, lightheadedness, and in rare cases, more serious adverse events. By booking, you acknowledge these risks and consent to receive services as requested and as modified by your provider.A full Informed Consent form is provided at your first booking and must be completed before your first appointment.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Emet Drip Co's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the appointment in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for negligence causing personal injury.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
