1. Cancellations

You can cancel or reschedule any appointment free of charge up to 4 hours before your scheduled time.

  • Cancelled with 4+ hours notice — full refund, no questions asked.
  • Cancelled within 4 hours of the appointment — $75 cancellation fee. The remainder is refunded.
  • No-show (provider arrives and no one is available) — $75 fee applies. The remainder is refunded.

The $75 fee covers single-use medical supplies already prepared for your visit and the provider’s reserved time.

2. Cancelled by Us

If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to provider availability, weather, or any other reason on our end, you will receive a full refund with no fees charged.

3. Services Already Delivered

Because each appointment involves the use of sterile, single-use medical supplies and dedicated provider time, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a service has been administered.

However, if you feel something went wrong during your visit, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@emetdripco.com or 818-683-2511. We will review every concern individually and work with you to make it right.

4. Provider Declines Service on Arrival

If our provider arrives and determines that a service is not clinically appropriate for you at that time (based on your vitals, health history, or safety), we will assess the situation and issue a partial or full refund depending on what was already prepared and administered.

5. Gift Cards & Multi-Drip Packages

  • Gift cards are non-refundable but never expire.
  • Multi-drip packages (4-drip packs) are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions are non-refundable after expiry.
  • Packages are transferable within the same household.

6. Memberships

Memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. After the minimum period, you may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Monthly membership fees already charged are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

If you need to pause your membership due to a medical reason, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

7. No Physical Products or Returns

Emet Drip Co does not sell physical products for at-home use. All services are delivered in person by a licensed provider. There are no products to return.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report a concern, contact us within 48 hours of your appointment:

Please include your name, appointment date, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
