Base fluid: 1L Lactated Ringer’s
Isotonic hydration base.
Active ingredients:
Magnesium: Supports over 300 enzymatic reactions, muscle function, nerve conduction, and energy production.
Calcium: Supports bone density, muscle contraction, and nerve signaling.
B-Complex (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6): Full B-vitamin panel for energy metabolism, nervous system support, and cellular function.
Vitamin C: Antioxidant and immune cofactor supports collagen synthesis, iron absorption, and immune response.
Add-ons: Add B12, Glutathione, or Zinc to build on the Myers base.
