The Reset

Simple hydration and symptom relief for clients with dehydration and one bothersome symptom. The Reset combines IV fluids with one provider-selected medication chosen after a brief clinical assessment. It's designed for mornings when dehydration, nausea, indigestion, or body aches are getting in the way, whether from travel, heat exposure, poor oral intake, or a recent illness. Following a brief assessment, your provider will determine whether IV treatment is appropriate and select the medication that best fits your symptoms, medical history, and contraindications.

Who Books This

• Clients with mild dehydration from poor oral intake, travel, heat exposure, or a recent illness

• Clients with one primary symptom, such as nausea, reflux, or body aches, when clinically appropriate

• Clients who don't require a more comprehensive treatment plan

What's Included

Base Fluid:
1 Liter Normal Saline - Isotonic IV fluid to help restore hydration in appropriate patients.

Provider-Selected Medication (one, when clinically indicated)

• Ondansetron- For nausea or vomiting.

• Famotidine- For heartburn or acid reflux symptoms.

• Ketorolac- For short-term treatment of acute pain after screening for contraindications.

Important

Treatment is individualized after a medical assessment. Not every medication is appropriate for every client. IV hydration is not a substitute for emergency medical care, and symptom improvement cannot be guaranteed.
