Important
Treatment is individualized after a medical assessment. Not every medication or supplement is appropriate for every client, and medications are used only when clinically indicated. IV hydration does not correct jet lag itself, which is caused by temporary disruption of the body's internal clock. Recovery may also benefit from adequate sleep, hydration, light exposure, and, when appropriate, melatonin.
